Privacy Policy
Milletbay Enterprises is committed to protecting the privacy of advertisers, publishers, and end users whose data passes through our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it.
About This Policy
Milletbay Enterprises provides digital advertising, performance marketing, attribution, and traffic-quality services to approved business partners. This document covers milletbay.com, any Milletbay-operated measurement links, platform interactions, and messages sent to our support or commercial teams.
The organization that launches a campaign decides why campaign information is needed and may ask Milletbay Enterprises to process that information on its behalf. In other situations—such as a website enquiry, account administration, security review, or legal request—Milletbay Enterprises decides how the information is handled.
These relationships matter. A person who arrives through an advertiser’s campaign should also read that advertiser’s privacy notice, because the advertiser controls the destination page and its own collection practices.
Information Connected With Our Services
The information associated with a Milletbay service depends on the feature being used. Some details come from people who contact us, some are generated when a measurement link is requested, and some are supplied by an authorized business partner.
Information you provide:
- Contact and business details provided for an account, enquiry, partnership, or payment relationship
- Campaign instructions, including destination URLs, offer settings, creative files, postback addresses, and event definitions
- Questions, correspondence, and other information included in conversations with our team
Information collected automatically (tracking infrastructure):
- Basic request details such as IP address, user-agent, device category, operating system, browser, and request time
- Campaign markers such as gclid, wbraid, gbraid, UTM values, offer IDs, publisher IDs, sub-IDs, and routing values
- Referrer and destination information, plus approximate location where a service legitimately derives it
- Conversion notices and outcome values sent through an approved postback or measurement integration
- Signals used to identify bots, repeated requests, suspicious timing, or other invalid activity
Our measurement service is not intended to create a person’s browsing history or a cross-site advertising profile. We do not ask for passwords, payment-card numbers, government ID numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information through a tracking link.
Information from partners:
- Advertiser-supplied conversion data and CRM match data
- Third-party fraud verification signals
- Payment processor verification data
How We Put Information To Work
Every use of information must serve a specific operational, security, measurement, or legal purpose. In practice, that means we may:
- 1Connect an approved campaign interaction with a later conversion event
- 2Identify automated, manipulated, or otherwise invalid activity
- 3Keep accounts, integrations, billing records, and technical services running
- 4Give authorized business users campaign and reconciliation reports
- 5Respond to enquiries and send service, security, or account messages
- 6Meet accounting, legal, regulatory, and dispute-resolution duties
- 7Improve reliability with aggregated information that is not reasonably linked to an individual
Lawful basis: Depending on the situation, processing may be necessary for a contract, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest such as security or fraud prevention, or consent for optional cookies and measurement. Consent can be withdrawn later.
Cookies, Click IDs & Measurement
Depending on the campaign and the visitor’s choices, a Milletbay service may use a small browser file, a URL marker, a pixel, or a server-to-server message. These tools help distinguish one authorized campaign interaction from another and help validate a reported conversion.
- Essential session storage: Used for account access, security, or basic preferences where applicable
- Attribution storage: Used for a limited period to connect an approved campaign interaction with a conversion
- Conversion signals: Pixels, tags, or postbacks may report an event after a customer-configured action
- Server-side events: Direct system-to-system messages can record an event without a browser cookie
Browser settings can clear or block cookies. A visitor may also ask Milletbay Enterprises or the campaign advertiser to remove an attribution identifier where that is technically possible. Turning off optional storage can reduce campaign measurement accuracy.
Where supported by the browser, Milletbay Enterprises respects Global Privacy Control (GPC) and does not enable optional measurement or advertising storage when a valid GPC signal is present. Browser Do-Not-Track (DNT) signals are treated as a preference signal where our tracking tools support them.
Google Tools & Permission Signals
If Milletbay Enterprises enables Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement, remarketing, or another Google measurement product, Google may process information such as IP address, device and browser information, page interactions, campaign identifiers, and cookie or similar identifiers on our behalf.
If a Google product is configured on a Milletbay page, its optional analytics and advertising storage starts as denied by default. A visitor’s choice is then reflected through Google Consent Mode v2 signals:
- analytics_storage: whether analytics cookies and related storage may be used
- ad_storage: whether advertising cookies and related storage may be used
- ad_user_data: whether user data may be sent to Google for advertising purposes
- ad_personalization: whether data may be used for personalised advertising
Google click-tracker status: Milletbay Enterprises is currently applying for Google click-tracker certification. We do not claim that certification until Google approves the application. Any certification would relate to eligible tracking endpoints and redirect arrangements, not to this website’s privacy banner.
Google may place or read cookies, use web beacons, or process IP addresses when its products are active. Learn more in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also manage advertising choices at Google Ads Settings and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
The current public mirror does not load a Google tag until a Google tag ID is configured and optional consent has been granted. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control.
When Information Is Disclosed
Information leaves Milletbay Enterprises only when another party has a defined role in delivering, checking, securing, or lawfully reviewing a service:
- Campaign partners: Advertisers and publishers may receive the attribution, conversion, or earnings information needed for an authorized campaign
- Service providers: Hosting, infrastructure, payment, communications, security, and fraud-review providers may process information under written instructions
- Authorities: Information may be disclosed where required by valid legal process or a competent regulator
- Corporate changes: Information may move as part of a merger, reorganization, financing, or asset transfer subject to applicable protections
Milletbay Enterprises does not sell personal information to data brokers or use campaign information for unrelated cross-context behavioural advertising. Service providers may use information only to perform their agreed services and must apply suitable safeguards.
What Happens After a Click
A measurement link can carry a visitor to a destination selected by an approved campaign partner. After that hand-off, the destination operator controls its own cookies, consent requests, analytics, customer records, and other data practices.
Milletbay Enterprises does not take ownership of an advertiser’s offer, creative, website, application, or customer database. Campaign partners remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of their destinations, notices, pixels, and sharing instructions.
Processing Across Countries
Some partners and infrastructure providers may operate outside India or outside the country from which information was collected. Where a transfer is restricted by applicable law, Milletbay Enterprises uses the required contractual, technical, or organizational safeguard and supports the documentation needed for that transfer.
Children and Age Restrictions
Milletbay services are intended for business users and adult audiences. We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If you believe a child’s information has been sent to us, contact the privacy team and we will review the matter and remove it where appropriate.
How Long Records Remain
We keep information only for the time needed to provide the relevant service, complete attribution and reporting, investigate fraud or security issues, resolve disputes, meet customer instructions, and satisfy legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations. The appropriate period can differ depending on the type of information, the campaign configuration, the applicable agreement, and the reason the information was collected.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it, anonymise it, or place it beyond ordinary operational use. A deletion request or the end of a customer relationship may begin the applicable removal process, but limited copies can remain in encrypted backups, security logs, or records that must be preserved for legal compliance, recovery, audit, or fraud prevention. Those copies are isolated and removed according to their own scheduled lifecycle.
Your Choices & Privacy Requests
Depending on the law that applies to you and the role Milletbay Enterprises has in a particular activity, you may be able to ask for:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion: Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal retention obligations
- Portability: Request your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Objection: Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Restriction: Request that we limit processing while a dispute is resolved
- Choice withdrawal: Withdraw consent for optional cookies or measurement, or ask for an attribution identifier to be removed where possible
To exercise any of these rights, email support@milletbay.com with the subject line Milletbay Enterprises Privacy Request. We will respond within 30 days. We may ask for identity verification before processing your request.
If an advertiser, publisher, agency, or other partner collected the campaign information, that organization may be the right first contact. Milletbay Enterprises will assist or route the request as required by law and our agreement with that partner. You may also contact the relevant data-protection or supervisory authority in your place of residence, work, or the location of the alleged infringement.
Security & Incident Response
Milletbay Enterprises uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or loss, including:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encrypted storage for sensitive account and payment information
- Access controls and role-based permissions for internal staff
- Operational monitoring, rate limiting, and restricted administrative access where appropriate
- Incident review and notification processes based on applicable law, customer agreements, and risk to affected people
No online service is completely risk-free. If a confirmed incident creates a legal notification obligation or a material risk to affected people, Milletbay Enterprises will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, and notify the appropriate parties.
